well Since Engadget has already got a very nice in depth review It saves me time huh? This is shaping up to be the best competition for apple. What’s come close? the voyager from LG? The dare from LG? The blackberry storm? Nope. None of these phones have nearly as slick of a UI as apple has plunked into their phone. Gimmicks dont sell well for adults so why does everyone continue putting them into phones? Palm and google have the right idea. Make the OS then put it into a device like apple. All this flashy feature bs isnt going to attract people to what a smartphone should be.

I know apples phone is lacking some basic features which im upset about. MMS,video,forwarding texts,COPY AND PASTE. but thats all comming this summer so Im not worried anymore so what can we complain about now? It’s all nitpick’s with the Iphone.

I’m starting to dig this piece quite a bit despite my love for the Iphone. I really didn’t like the flip out keyboard on the G1. I’m a fan of touch screen keyboard or physical. No need for both. These little gimmicks are what make the handheld weaker.

Yes I know I sound like an apple fanboy, and it’s because I am. What are your thoughts? What would kill the iphone?

What the hell?! The world of motorsport is in all honesty comming to a craptastic hault. How do Carmelo ezpeleteta, and Dorna motorsport believe this will help Motogp? Cutting back Some of the things that keep this a prototype series as well as the little things that improve safety? Granted Im on the fence about some things. I like a LOT of people agree that traction control should be dialed back and the 990cc Formula. It produced much more exciting racing than the 800cc format even though the lap times are lower,they’re going faster throughout the length of the track. Every race save for about 6 in the past 2 seasons has been mostly lacking. All of the rule changes are going to put wsbk further ahead of the big league. Limiting One bike to a race weekend is going to have riders terrified of pushing for progress in fear of not being able to race at all. Some of the rule changes are sure in the right direction. Example being taking away the use of gps tracking aids.This though is a Big case of one step forward two backward. As it’s been for the past 3 seasons. Limiting the class to 4 engines for an ENTIRE season of 17-18 race weekends, taking away several testing sessions,friday practice scrapped all together. This really is opening the door for World superbike racing to just dominate Motogp. A series of road based bikes that we can all buy(probably couldnt afford to get them as fast as theirs) and use are faster than a companys best One off motorcycle. That completely ignores what a prototype series is all about. Innovation and making things safer for the rest of us that love riding. Dorna is putting the nail in the coffin for this series. Much like Formula one with it’s processional lame racing. Makes me sad to see more excitement in a practice testing session than in an actual race is decided more often than not in the first lap.

Yes that is marco melandri doin a one handed drift winning the Phillip island race. Thats the kinda excitement we need back in motogp. Sorta :-p

Looks like htc is showing some new toy’s. the replacement for the first android phone. I’m getting a bit behind here. I’ll have to toss my thoughts up on this soon. here’s a taste.

Lately I’ve been feeling completely and utterly uninspired. This lack of a job. Lack of money amongst other things are bringing down a lot of things. Only thing I have left to look forward to is classes being over. I’m even worried about that. The hospital stuff this semester and then me being sick has put me in quite a crappy position. I think I will be ok though. Gotta try right? I think by the time I’m done with this semester I will be re-starting a photography project. Wonder what I should do. Any ideas?

Jadyn is in fact the toughest baby known to man. She’s been in the hospital since Saturday. She’s such a fighter it makes me proud to say she’s mine. I have the strongest baby in the world. Aparently the hulk blood I’m filled with made it to her.

Well things have been sort of slow. Really would love an update to this wordpress app for the iPhone. Granted it’s awesome as is something new would be cool. Anyway, I’m sitting in my anatomy class waiting for the teacher to roll himself in. Listening to chiodos for some reason. It’s kinda nice having this blog. No one reads it as I suspected, it’s just nice to ramble to something. I’m finally ordering a vivitar 285hv speedlight after a lot of deliberation. I figure Its cheaper and more portable than a dedicated studio strobe like an alienbee. Granted that’s my next purchase for the summer. This is going to be a great summer. Plenty of laidback plans n such. I finally got my camera back so it’s going to be glued to my eye baaicly.

So not only did I get into another car accident. And still no job and continuing being broke. One of my camera lens distance scale has a pressure crack in it. Talk about crap ass luck. I won’t go into anything else. I’ll just say can’t get worse I guess.

Canon is raising the bar here. Autofocus While using live view? Pretty neat. Granted I still am a fan of a viewfinder. Nice to see something happening.
